With the passing of the exclusive period for teams to negotiate with their own free agents, the Reds are set to fill a couple of needs and maybe rebuild their bullpen.

In reading this article last night, I got the impression that not only are the Reds getting into the free agent market much, but that they also plan on padding the roster with ancient wannabes. From where I sit, the future doesn’t look bright for the franchise. Am I off in this?
